Prem Sales, LLC. will repair or replace free of charge for parts, unit or labor, any part that becomes defective in materials or workmanship during the first year from the date of purchase.
Full Second Through Fifth Year Warranty (Sealed System Components Only)
Prem Sales, LLC. will repair or replace free of charge sealed system components, including labor. The parts that are covered are as follows: Evaporator, condenser, compressor, reversing valve, check valve, metering device, and connecting tubing that becomes defective in materials or workmanship during the second through the fifth years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Limitations
Warranty period starts at the date the product is first purchased new by the end user in United States, Warranty work must be done by Prem Sales, LLC, or an authorized servicer at Prem Sales, LLC’s discretion. Repair may be made using new parts or refurbished parts that meet or exceed specifications for new parts. If Prem Sales, LLC. elects to replace the product, the replacement may be a reconditioned unit, which will not exceed the original manufacture date of the unit.

Returns & Cancellations

But out of thousands of units sold every year, there maybe some instances that the product you received is defective. We have the following policy for such situations:-

DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE
If unit (any product) is defective, we will gladly make an exchange or send parts for repair. If the unit is delivered damaged, we will have it picked up and send a new replacement at our cost. You will not pay a single cent.
Exchanges will only be made with the same model - if customer upgrades or downgrades to a different model, we'll treat it as a return and new order.

RETURNS
If customer does not want exchange and wants to return it instead and wants a refund, customer is responsible to ship unit back to our warehouse at their own expense; restocking fee of 19.5% will apply regardless if defective and original shipping fee (from $69 to $89 depending upon which product you buy) will not be refunded. Since total shipping and handling fee is never refunded to us by the trucking company, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if you decide to return, even if the product was sold with FREE or 50% OFF shipping promotion.Usually there should be no reason for returns, if there is any problem with the product we will exchange it with a BRAND NEW product at no extra cost to you. Once product(s) is/are shipped, all Packages Refused are considered as returns as well and return policy will apply at the time of refund.

CANCELLATIONS
If you placed the order and you wanted to cancel the order BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED, we will gladly cancel your order and $15.99 cancellation fee will be charged and credit card processing charges will not be refunded. Please make sure that you call us within few hours after the order is placed. We ship the items out same or next business day. We cannot process cancellations after the product is shipped out. It will be considered as a return instead once the product is shipped and you will need to pay the return charges.
